If a payment looks wrong
- Do not repeat the transaction until you know the status of the first one.
- Note the reference number from the receipt or your ledger.
- For an AEPS debit where no cash was paid, also tell the customer to contact their bank.
- Never share an OTP or PIN with anyone, including people who say they are from Uttra.
